“The house, amenities, and communication from the owners was amazing. The location on the island in our opinion is the best, and we have stayed on gasparilla Island many other times. Traveling with 3 siblings, spouses and Mom we were pleased with the separate spaces and large dining table, as well as outdoor spaces to spend time together. We will be back to this location again and again.”

“Our family had an amazing vacation here and would definitely come back. The host was lovely and always responsive. The house was spotless and very well stocked. There is tons of wildlife surrounding the house. Endless photography opportunities! We even witnessed green sea turtles hatch from their nest, a once in a lifetime experience! Highly recommend this place, we’ve traveled pretty extensively and this property is a gem.”

“We had a wonderful time. The Bay House and Boat House fit our family very comfortably. It had everything for a remote island getaway. There were so many places to gather or spend some alone time. We were especially grateful to discover a beach wheelchair to help get my father-in-law around. We didn't realize how much we needed it! Rebecca was so kind and responsive to all our questions. I couldn't recommend Osprey Point more, especially for a family who likes to be off the beaten path.

“Really amazing property in an awesome location with beautiful waterfronts on both sides. There were tons of amenities here to enjoy everything the island has to offer from screened in porches for the views to an endless supply of towels, chairs, and boogie boards for the beach. We stayed here while both other properties were occupied and it still felt like we were on our own private island. This was a wonderful, comfortable home to spend a long weekend with friends!”

“We rented this property for our annual family vacation and I cannot say enough about the house, the property and location on the island. From great kayaking to a private walkway to the beach, this house has everything. The common area amenities were fantastic - especially the covered patio and grill area with tons of seating and fans to stay cool. The house was completely stocked and very comfortable. The owners checked in on us when tropical storm Elsa was approaching and were very responsive in their communications. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.”

“If you want to get away, you can't do much better than this. The water taxi service made it easy to get in and off the island. The house is fantastic and the property is amazing. If you like the calm water of the harbor, you have it. If you like the crashing waves of the beach, you have that too. Such a unique property with so many available amenities, I would love to go back again.”

“I've been coming to Little Gasparilla for more than fifteen years and this property is by far the best on the island. Tucked back near the state park, it is private and quiet with amazing views. The beach access, indoor and outdoor spaces, and ammenities (kayaks, porches etc.) are unmatched. The indoor space is decorated beautifully, and was clean and organized upon arrival. The owners have thought of everything, and every space available for use is designed for both beauty and efficiency. We didn't end up spending much time on the beach because of weather, but with all the screened porches, covered sitting areas, and eagles nest view upstairs, none of us were sad about this. We had a large party and had no difficulty with space, and the outdoor eating areas and kitchen were perfect for group meals. No matter what the weather or time of year, this home is the PERFECT getaway - we will definitely be coming back to this location any time we are at LGI.”
