The Beach Cottage

Welcome to the most secluded spot on Little Gasparilla Island! Our beachfront Beach Cottage is hedged in by all-natural surroundings: a state park, a mangrove lagoon, and the Gulf of Mexico. It boasts spectacular views of the water and gorgeous island sunsets year-round. It maintains total privacy while being a beautiful 2-minute walk to the Bay House, Boat House, and shared amenities.

Arrangements:

  • Master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom

  • Second bedroom with two single beds

  • Second bathroom with tub

  • One additional full "outdoor" bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and changing area located under the house for easy access from the beach

  • Normally accommodates four people. A fifth person (adult or older teen) sleeping in the single loft bed is possible for an extra charge, but must be approved by owner prior to arrival

  • Private beach access

  • Private dune deck located right on the beach, with umbrellas and lounge chairs

  • Private fire pit (wood provided)

  • Use of bay dock, Bistro (outdoor kitchen and dining area), Bilge (outdoor coffee & frozen drink bar), and all recreational gear (see Activities)
