Welcome to the most creatively designed and functional house on Little Gasparilla Island! Our "Boat House" is one of the few houses that sits right on the bay, has a private dock, and has a private boardwalk stretching from the house to the beach.

  • Second bedroom with just-as-luxurious queen bed

  • Two full bathrooms

  • Additional outdoor shower

  • Accommodates up to 4 guests

  • Private beach access
